My Story

In memory of James Didgiunaitis

In November 2025, my Brother in law, James Didgiunaitis took his own life after suffering the most terrible mental and emotional stress for an extended period of time.

Our whole family were left absolutley devasted and are still coming to terms with it. The loss has rippled out further to touch many many people that knew James and were proud to call him a friend.

His Son Toby, my brother Gavin and two friends and I are running the Great North Run to raise funds for Andy's Man Club, a charity set up specifically to help men with suicidal feelings and thoughts and mental health issues.

We can't bring James back but we can help other men who are going through what James went through by raising awareness and money so that Andy's Man Club can continue to do the great work that they do day in, day out.

Please give what you can and lets get the message out there that:-

'Its okay to talk!'
